JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) - A state senator in Mississippi has filed a bill
entitled the “Contraception Begins at Erection Act.”

As written by Sen. Bradford Blackmon, the bill would make it “unlawful for
a person to discharge genetic material without the intent to fertilize an
embryo.”

There are also fines involved, the third strike resulting in the loss of
$10,000 from the perpetrator.

In a statement to WLBT News, Blackmon wrote, “All across the country,
especially here in Mississippi, the vast majority of bills relating to
contraception and/or abortion focus on the woman’s role when men are fifty
percent of the equation.

This bill highlights that fact and brings the man’s role into the
conversation. People can get up in arms and call it absurd but I can’t say
that bothers me.”

This cannot be serious.

"My name is Sue! How do you do?! Now you gonna die!"
Well, I hit him hard right between the eyes,
And he went down, but to my surprise,
Come up with a knife and cut off a piece of my ear.
So I busted a chair right across his teeth,
And we crashed through the walls and into the streets,
Kickin' and a-gougin' in the mud and the blood and beer.
Now I tell you, I've fought tougher men,
But I really can't remember when:
He kicked like a mule and he bit like a crocodile.
But I heard him laugh and then I heard him cuss,
And he went for his gun, but I pulled mine first,
And he sat there lookin' at me, and I saw him smile.
He said: "Son, this world is rough,
And if a man's gonna make it he's gotta be tough,
And I knew I wouldn't be there to help you along.
So I give you that name and I said goodbye,
And I knew you'd have to get tough or die,
And it's that name that's helped to make you strong!

It turns out that the senator was a Democrat making a point about holding men
accountable versus the new laws that fall heavily on women.

So semi-serious.

You want to think this came from a satire site, but it didn't. It's real.

*Of course* it's in Mississippi, the most backward shithole in the country.
There's a reason why the state motto in shithole Alabama is "Thank god for
Mississippi."

LMAO
And blowjobs and anal sex and withdrawing from a pussy right before ejaculation.

Obviously the bill has zero chance of passage. I don't know what procedures the
legislature in shithole Mississippi has to follow when a bill is introduced, but
I would imagine it might be assigned to some committee that will shitcan it
immediately. But it *figures* that a legislator in Mississippi or some other
shithole state would introduce a bill like this. Those people are not to be
taken seriously at any time.

This legislation is incomplete and needs to be amended to include queers. Not that they can naturally reproduce, but still.
