waived - he's declaring it a national disaster
area. Sez people shouldn't have to wait ten years
for federal permits - shouldn't even have to wait
ten days. THAT got applause !

to SoCal. The Greenies will fret about some
damned weed or bug of course, try to block
the change ... for once I don't think that's
gonna go over well AT ALL.
